About us

At Midel Group, we believe good support begins with listening. We take the time to understand who you are, what matters to you and what you would like to achieve. From there, we work alongside you to build a support approach that fits your life, your preferences and your goals.

We provide support at home and in the community for children, young people and adults with disability or developmental needs. Our team of Support Coordinators, social workers and support workers brings practical experience and a caring, evidence informed approach to each person we support. Where you would like them involved, we also work with your family and wider support network.

We support people with a broad range of needs, including autism, developmental delays, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences, acquired brain injury, vision impairment and the effects of stroke. We understand that people with the same diagnosis can have very different strengths, challenges and ambitions. That is why we focus on the person in front of us.

Your goal might be to feel more confident with a daily routine, develop new skills, connect with your community or make the most of your NDIS plan. Whatever matters to you, we’ll help you explore the options, take practical steps forward and adjust your support as your needs change.
